Description for models

Create a task assigned to the person calling, for them to complete later in the Neno app. Use this when they need to upload a document, confirm something, or provide information that cannot be done in this chat. The task appears in their own task list with an app notification, and closes itself once they answer it, with no accountant review. It is not a message to the accountant and does not reach a colleague, and list_open_tasks does not show it: that lists the accountant's requests.

Sent verbatim in tools/list. It's written for the model, so it says when to use the tool.

Arguments

descriptionstring

Detailed explanation of what the user needs to do and why

titlestringrequired

Short, clear title describing what needs to be done (e.g., "Upload identiteitsbewijs", "Bevestig adresgegevens")

typestringrequired

The type of response needed: file_upload (user uploads a document), boolean (user confirms/acknowledges something), text_input (user provides text information)

file_uploadbooleantext_input

Added by the server

On every tool that acts on one company
workspacestring

The id of the company this applies to. This connection covers a single company, which is filled in for you, so you can leave this out.

Result

text
Success. The answer as plain text in content[0].text, starting with Company: and the company name.
isError
Refused or failed. A missing permission, an invalid argument or a server failure sets isError: true. The text says what went wrong and what to tell the user.
input
Company needed. With several companies and no workspace argument, the server asks which company the call is for. A client that can't ask gets an error that lists the companies.
