POST/quotes/{id}/send

Transitions quote_draft to quote_sent.

Conflict. A matching request with this Idempotency-Key is still in progress. Retry after one second.

Unprocessable content. This Idempotency-Key was already used for a different request.

Too many requests. Rate limit exceeded.
