Description for models

Sum how much was spent per vendor (supplier), largest first within each currency, from reviewed bills with a confirmed supplier. Supports an optional date range, vendor count and supplier_search. Use supplier_search when the user asks how much they spent with a named vendor, because that vendor may not be among the top 25; leave it out to rank the biggest suppliers.

Sent verbatim in tools/list. It's written for the model, so it says when to use the tool.

Arguments

date_fromstring · date

Only bills whose invoice date is on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). A bill with no readable invoice date is bounded by the date it was uploaded instead.

date_tostring · date

Only bills whose invoice date is on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD). A bill with no readable invoice date is bounded by the date it was uploaded instead.

supplier_searchstring

Only this vendor: spend for vendors whose confirmed name contains this text (case-insensitive). Use it to ask about one supplier, including one outside the top 25.

top_ninteger · 1–25

Number of vendors to return per currency (default 10, max 25)

Result

text
Success. The answer as plain text in content[0].text, starting with Company: and the company name.
isError
Refused or failed. A missing permission, an invalid argument or a server failure sets isError: true. The text says what went wrong and what to tell the user.
input
Company needed. With several companies and no workspace argument, the server asks which company the call is for. A client that can't ask gets an error that lists the companies.
