Bills forwarding address
READget_bill_forwarding_address
Returns the email address the company's bills can be forwarded to, and which sender addresses it accepts. Mail from any other address is dropped without a bounce.
Description for models
The email address this company's bills and receipts can be forwarded to, and the addresses allowed to send to it. Use it when the user wants a bill filed that is sitting in their own mailbox: find the supplier's original email and forward it there, rather than downloading the attachment and sending it through upload_bill. Forward the original message with its attachment intact — do not re-attach the file, rebuild the email, or send the document on its own, because the original is kept alongside the bill. It must be forwarded from one of the authorized addresses this returns: mail from any other address is dropped without a bounce, so nobody is told it failed and the bill never appears. Check the sending address against that list before forwarding, and if it is not on it, tell the user rather than sending anyway. Filing is not instant and nothing will notify you, so tell the user the bill will appear once it has been read. The first call for a company creates its address; every later call returns the same one.
