List vault files
READlist_vault_files
Lists files in the company's document vault with their name and date, newest first. Members who are not admins see their own uploads.
Description for models
List the documents stored in the company's Vault (document storage) by title and upload date, newest first. An admin sees every file; anyone else sees only the files they uploaded themselves. It lists the files, not their contents. Bills are not here: a document that became a bill is listed by list_bills. Returns every file up to 200 rows in one call and states the matching total, so the answer is complete unless it hands back a cursor. Use when the user asks what files or documents they have stored.
Sent verbatim in tools/list. It's written for the model, so it says when to use the tool.
Arguments

Maximum rows to return (default 200, which is also the maximum). Omit it to get every match; the response says whether any rows remain.
