Get bill status
READget_bill_status
Looks up one bill, or the most recent one, and returns its status and upload date. Supplier, amount, document date and file type are added once an accountant has reviewed it.
Description for models
Look up the status and details of a specific bill or the most recent bill. Returns the status and file type, and the supplier, amount and date only once an accountant has reviewed it; before that, the status is the answer. Use this when the user asks about a receipt or invoice they uploaded — e.g. "did my receipt process?", "what was the total?", "show my last upload". The bill_id can be found in the conversation history from the upload turn.
Sent verbatim in tools/list. It's written for the model, so it says when to use the tool.
Arguments

The bill ID to look up. On WhatsApp, prefer the bill ID from the upload turn in the conversation. Omit it to get the company's most recent bill, which is not necessarily the one the user just sent.
